Long-term care LVN assignment offers a 13-week opportunity within travel contract distance of Missoula, MT, with competitive pay and benefits. The role supports LTC residents, focusing on wound care, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive LTC resident care, including wound management and routine assistance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident health status and care activities.
Execute medication administration and monitor residents for adverse reactions.
Support residents with activities of daily living to promote dignity and quality of life.
Valid Montana nursing license (LVN/LPN certification).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience.
Strong wound care experience.
Proven background in managing LTC resident care.
Ability to work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Flexibility to work over Christmas and alternating weekends.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Skills:
Wound care certification (preferred).
Weekly direct deposit at rates 13% above market average.
