Subaru of America is seeking a District Service Quality Manager to serve as the Service and Quality representative in the field. You will regularly travel to retailers to monitor product quality, assist with difficult diagnostics and repairs, and train retailer staff.
You will work with Field QA, Techline, and CAD, and may testify in Lemon Law matters when needed. You will lead root cause investigations, coordinate QRAs, analyze data, and guide retailers on customer handling and warranty
