Job Summary:

At Sun Mountain Sports, we build premium golf products that golfers trust on every round. The Quality Assurance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, performance, and customer satisfaction. The wage range for this position is $24-$29/hour.

This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, monitoring product quality throughout warehouse operations, and verifying that finished goods meet Sun Mountain's expectations before shipment. • Inspect incoming products, components, and materials for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform detailed quality checks on golf bags, carts, outerwear, and other Sun Mountain products before shipment.
• Identify, document, and report product defects, inconsistencies, or damage.
• Verify product labeling, packaging, and order accuracy.
• Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
• Work closely with assembly, transport, inventory, and shipping teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective action processes.
• Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as needed.

• Previous warehouse, quality assurance, manufacturing, or inspection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Quality Technician certification (or equivalent certification) or minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance, quality control or manufacturing operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move products throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
