Overview

At Rosauers Supermarkets, the meat department isn't just a section—it's a place where exceptional service meets savory selections. As a Meat Service Associate, you'll be the friendly face that guides customers through their meat choices and helps them bring home the best cuts for their meals. As a Meat Service Associate, you'll provide customers with expert recommendations and personalized assistance that elevates the meat-shopping experience.

Your product knowledge and passion for customer service will ensure that each customer leaves with not just the perfect cut of meat, but also a smile on their face.

• Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Help customers select the right cut of meat for their needs or answer questions about preparation methods.
• Receive and unload deliveries of meat products, verify deliveries from suppliers and store them in a safe manner.
• Stock shelves and cases with new items, rotating stock to ensure freshness, and clean up spills or debris.
• Update displays, cases and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased.
• Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
