Clothing Sales Associate

We are looking for friendly and outgoing employees to join our team as a Clothing Sales Associate in our Missoula store. We are seeking employees who are committed to providing our customers with outstanding customer service and an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll work with the best brands in the industry including Patagonia, Columbia, Nike, prAna, The North Face, and many more.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing first-rate customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees. In addition to working with the top brands, you'll have access to special employee-only pricing and exclusive vendor deals!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, fair, and professional positive attitude
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor
• Promptly resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues
• Offer accurate information on pricing, promotions, and sales
• Stay familiar with merchandise to give quick, informed product recommendations
• Help customers locate specific items, sizes, and styles
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in compliance with company procedures
• Ensure merchandise displays are well-stocked, neat, and visually appealing
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and complete related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Must be able to work mandatory sale dates
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with customers
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational/time-management skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Able to provide quick and accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
• Committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor
• Works with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm

• What is the schedule for this job?
• This position can be either full-time or part-time and requires availability Sunday through Saturday. Shifts rotate between opening and closing, with general availability needed between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Saturdays are worked on a rotating basis, and weekend and holiday availability is required.

• $13-$18 per hour, depending on experience
