Retail Merchandiser Peer Trainer

SAS Retail Services is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Peer Trainer to lead in-store merchandising projects for major retailers and CPG brands. In this role, you'll execute planograms, resets, new store sets, and audits while training and coaching peers on company standards, safety, and best practices. You'll set and stock shelves, build displays, verify pricing and labels, and ensure on-shelf availability to maximize sales.

Working in a fast-paced, field-based environment, you'll travel between stores, communicate project status to supervisors and store teams, and model reliability, professionalism, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising projects following planograms and retailer guidelines
• Train and coach merchandisers on best practices, safety, and company standards
• Set, reset, and stock shelves, displays, and promotional features to drive sales
• Conduct audits, price/label checks, and ensure on-shelf availability
• Communicate project status, issues, and completions to supervisors and store management
• Travel between assigned retail locations within territory
• Maintain accurate reporting via mobile tools or company systems
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
• Support new store sets, remodels, and special project work
• Model professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service in stores
