As a Management Trainee – Sales, you’ll gain first-hand experience in FMCG field sales by learning the ropes of distribution, retail execution, and market operations. This 12-month training is designed to fast-track your growth into leadership roles in sales.

After successful completion of the trainee period and performance evaluation, after one year you will be promoted to the role of Area Sales Manager (ASM)—leading a team, managing a territory, and owning business growth in that region.

• Understand and implement retail & distribution strategies across assigned territories.
• Collaborate with distributors, sales officers, and retailers to improve market presence.
• Track and drive secondary sales, visibility, merchandising, and product placement.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence and consumer insights.
• Execute brand campaigns and product promotions to drive demand.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting via digital sales tools/CRMs.
• Support territory expansion, beat planning, and team coordination efforts.

• MBA/PGDM students from Batch 2023/2024 (Sales/Marketing preferred).
• Willing to travel and work in field conditions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• High energy, ownership mindset, and resilience to perform under pressure.

• Hands-on FMCG sales exposure with a leading brand.
