Area Sales Manager; HVAC

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the MEP/HVAC sector. Analyze market demands and customer needs to tailor business development strategies accordingly.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, exhibitions, online platforms, and referrals. Identify and qualify potential clients for MEP/HVAC projects.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in target organizations. Regularly meet with consultants and contractors in the HVAC segment.
• Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals in response to client requirements and ensure proposals align with technical capabilities. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Proven experience in the MEP/HVAC industry. HVAC product sales.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC products, technologies, and industry standards.
