Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Sales Representative on behalf of a respected local company in Missoula. The Sales Representative will play a key role in developing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, following up on leads, and delivering exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process while providing outstanding customer service.
• Generate referrals and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• Accurately complete and maintain customer records and documentation.
• Meet established sales goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment.
• Take initiative and assist with additional duties as needed.

• Minimum of three years of customer service experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
