Internet Sales Manager to join our team.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internet sales team
- Manage and respond to inbound internet leads quickly and effectively
Drive appointment setting and maintain strong show ratios (50%+) - Execute consistent follow-up to convert leads into showroom traffic
- Handle third-party leads and online inquiries to generate sales opportunities
- Track activity and performance within CRM tools
- Train team members on internet sales and lead management best practices
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the online process
- Support dealership sales goals, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership sales experience (required)
- Proven success in handling internet leads and driving appointment conversions
- Strong leadership ability with experience developing or mentoring others
- High level of motivation, accountability, and career focus
- Exceptional phone, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage high-volume activity (calls, texts, emails) daily
- Experience with CRM tools (Vin Solutions or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
