Outside Sales Representative (Missoula, MT Territory)

We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to recruit local businesses into a growing delivery partner program. This field-based role combines prospecting, relationship-building, and community outreach. You'll meet business owners face-to-face, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, and earn uncapped commission based on successful partner signups.

• Prospect and visit local businesses throughout the assigned territory.

• Present and promote the delivery partner program to business owners.

• Qualify prospects and guide them through the onboarding process.

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in Salesforce.

• Support local networking and recruitment events.

• Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

• Travel throughout the territory as needed (up to approximately 2 hours each way).

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience.

• Previous outside sales, field sales, territory sales, or door-to-door experience preferred.

• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other technology tools.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the territory.

• Base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities.

• Mileage reimbursement and phone allowance.

This is a Contract position based out of Missoula, MT.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
