Security Officer - Mall Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common areas, corridors, parking lots, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by site.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and requests for assistance, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.;
Control access and monitor activity by observing entry and exit points, reporting suspicious or unusual behavior, and supporting traffic and pedestrian flow during peak periods and/or special events.;
Complete routine reports and documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
