** Job Summary**### Temp Right Service is seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our Plumbing & HVAC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team, and learning a skilled trade. No prior plumbing or HVAC experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.### As a General Laborer, you will assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians with commercial projects while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site.###

** Responsibilities*** ### Assist plumbing and HVAC crews with installation, maintenance, and repair projects.* ### Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.* ### Transport materials to and from job sites.* ### Dig trenches and assist with underground utility installations.* ### Clean and prepare work areas before, during, and after construction.* ### Cut, measure, and assemble basic piping and ductwork under supervision.
* ### Operate hand tools and power tools safely.* ### Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.* ### Perform general shop duties and maintain company vehicles and equipment.* ### Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.###
** Qualifications*** ### High school diploma or GED preferred.* ### Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* ### Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.* ### Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.* ### Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.* ### Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.* ### Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* ### Construction experience is a plus but not required.###
** Preferred Qualifications*** ### Previous experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades.* ### Forklift or equipment operation experience.* ### OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain).###
