Your Role:

• Supervise and support a House Manager, Shift Lead and Direct Support Professionals
• Manage staff schedules, approve timecards, and ensure program coverage
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff trainings
• Serve as primary contact for guardians, case managers, DDP, and licensing
• Oversee person‑centered planning (PSP), documentation, and assessments
• Provide hands‑on care as needed, including support with ADLs and hygiene
• Rotate on‑call management duties every 4–5 weeks

Work Schedule:

• Typically Monday to Friday, standard business hours
• On‑call rotation every 4 to 5 weeks

Requirements

• Leadership, supervisory, or case management experience; IDD experience preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to provide direct care when needed
• At least 5 years of driving experience with a clear enough record to satisfy our insurer
