Seasonal Driver - Missoula

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America. We are hiring for a non‑CDL local driving position that offers the chance to drive multiple new model cars. This role includes delivering vehicles locally or out of area, providing service to customers, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and paperwork. The position is located at 7910 Thorton Drive, Missoula, MT 59808 and the pay starts at $11 per hour.

Seasonal employees may work up to 150 days during a defined season.

• Monday – Wednesday 7 am – 4 pm
• Wednesday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road
• Deliver customers and vehicles to the appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
• Notify the manager of any customer or vehicle problems, including daily maintenance such as oil, tire and fluid levels
• Ensure proper fuel tank level and fill with gasoline, if needed
• Complete paperwork associated with pick‑up and delivery of vehicles
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
• Clean the vehicle and/or keep the bus clean during the shift, as asked
• Assist customers with directions, car options, luggage loading and unloading, and basic policy/procedures
• Practice safe driving with attention to detail and thoroughness to prevent injury and damage to vehicles
• Operate a variety of vehicles in all weather and road conditions

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on the driving record in the past five years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Seasonal employees may work for up to 150 days during a defined season (full‑time or part‑time hours)
