What You Will Learn and Do
- Master Patient Experience: Greet patients professionally, manage check-in/out processes, and maintain a welcoming environment that reinforces our brand's commitment to care.
- Schedule Optimization: Learn to protect schedule integrity by proactively confirming appointments, following up on unconfirmed visits, and reducing cancellations through effective communication.
- New Patient Conversion: Develop the skills to answer inbound calls, communicate our practice's value, and accurately schedule new patients to support a strong first-visit experience.
- Administrative Excellence: Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information, support eligibility checks, and post ledger transactions with accuracy.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor schedule status, patient readiness, and appointment flow to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Outreach & Retention: Execute proactive outreach strategies to remind patients of recalls and recare appointments, helping us build long-term patient loyalty.
Who You Are

Requirements
Education & Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
0–1 year of customer service, front desk, or healthcare office experience. - Strong verbal communication and the ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience with Dentrix or other dental practice management software.
- Basic familiarity with dental insurance verification and eligibility processes.
- A demonstrated track record of strong customer service and a patient-first mindset.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods sitting at a workstation managing multiple screens and phone lines.
