Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Missouri City
Max Pay Rate: $16/hr
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – Closing
Type: Contract | Onsite
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced delivery environment. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, business partners, and delivery drivers to ensure timely issue resolution and a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities- Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email
- Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly
- Diagnose issues, assess solutions, and resolve service-related problems
- Monitor delivery routes and track progress throughout the day
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
- Process delivery changes and order cancellations accurately
- Support operational efficiency while meeting service-level expectations
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
