TDECU is seeking a Member Services Representative at our Missouri City branch to build lasting relationships with members. You will open and maintain deposit accounts, process loans and new accounts, and provide accurate, friendly resolution of inquiries.
Using a consultative approach, you will educate members on digital banking tools, cross-sell products, support financial goals, and assist with complex servicing while adhering to policies. Saturday hours are required.
