Warehouse Associate Level III Senior Warehouse Lead / High-Performance Operator

Branch Operations Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly disciplined, hands-on, high-performance Warehouse Associate Level III to serve as a senior operational leader within our warehouse team. This is a working leadership role - not a desk position. The Level III Associate is expected to be fully engaged in daily warehouse execution while simultaneously setting the performance standard for the team.
This individual must lead by example, operate with urgency, demand accuracy, and take ownership of results. We are seeking a high-output professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces accountability, and consistently delivers elite-level performance.
- Hands-On Operational Leadership
- Actively participate in receiving, picking, shipping, transfers, and deliveries
- Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and prioritize tasks based on operational demands
- Lead from the front by modeling urgency, discipline, and professionalism
- Ensure orders are executed with exceptional accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as operational back-up to the Branch Operations Manager when needed
- Inventory Accuracy & Accountability
- Oversee and execute cycle counts and inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inbound shipping errors and freight claims
- Maintain ERP/WMS system accuracy
- Training & Performance Development
- Train and mentor Warehouse Associate I & II team members
- Reinforce compliance with safety and operational standards
- Provide real-time coaching and correction when necessary
- Help develop a high-performance culture within the warehouse
- Delivery & Customer Interface
- Operate cargo vans and box trucks when required
- Complete manifests and required documentation accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
- Travel (as needed) to support other warehouse locations

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5+ years warehouse/distribution experience
- Prior senior or lead warehouse experience strongly preferred
- Forklift certification and strong equipment operating skills
- Experience driving cargo vans and/or box trucks
- Strong Office Software Proficiency - Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word programs
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
- High sense of urgency
- Strong organizational discipline
- Detail-oriented with data accuracy
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Professional under pressure
- Computers, ERP systems, scanners, Microsoft Office
- Forklifts (sit-down), pallet jacks, hand trucks
- Cargo vans and box trucks
- Standard warehouse tools and equipment
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb frequently
- Operate material handling equipment
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Work indoors and occasionally outdoors
This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where consistent output, accuracy, and accountability are required. Noise levels and temperatures may vary by season and workload. Regular attendance and dependability are critical to success in this position
