Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity

+ Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards

+ Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation

+ Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

+ Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize team efficiency and performance

** What's Needed?*
* + At least 4 years of warehouse experience

+ Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

+ Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
