Role DescriptionThe Accounting Clerk is a full-time, on-site role located in Waynesville, MO. The role involves handling routine accounting tasks such as processing and recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements and payroll. The Accounting Clerk will also maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Accounting Software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to handle accounts payable/receivable and other financial tasks.
- Skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or an associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
- ADP and Enterprise experience, strongly preferred.
