Payroll​/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Local heavy/highway construction company, established in 1977, is seeking a full-time,
on-site Payroll/Accounts Receivable Specialist with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience. This position is responsible for entering, processing, and tracking weekly payroll company-wide to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Duties include coordinating employee hours, benefits, deductions, and insurance information, as well as working internally and, when required, directly with local labor unions to ensure compliance with wage and benefit agreements.

This position will also include monthly and/or bi-weekly customer billings. The ideal candidate must be proficient in accounting and payroll software or willing to learn systems such as Spectrum by Trimble, Sage, Procore, Oracle, Viewpoint, or equivalent platforms. This role requires a high level of trust, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
