Corporate Staff Accountant

Overview

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $85-115k base + discretionary annual bonus

A leading real estate company is seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant to join their highly professional, stable, and well‑tenured corporate accounting team. • Full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Expense report processing and expense allocation
• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entries and month-end close support
• General accounting responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of experience in AP, AR, and general accounting
• Exceptional attention to detail (critical for complex expense allocations)
• Strong systems acumen
• Proactive mindset with strong follow-through on time‑sensitive tasks

• Background in real estate
• Familiarity with MRI, Avid Xchange, or Concur
