Accounts Receivable Clerk

A well-established hospitality company in West Hollywood is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their finance team on a
temp-to-hire basis . This role is ideal for someone with strong AR fundamentals and prior hospitality experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Process and post customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
• Manage AR aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and statements
• Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Partner with operations and management to ensure accurate billing
• Support month-end close related to AR
• Maintain accurate records in Quick Books

• 1-3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Hospitality industry experience highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high transaction volume
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in West Hollywood
