Our client, a multi-location and well-established franchise, is looking to add a newly created Accounting Administrator to join their growing team! Currently operating with 7 locations across two states and plans to expand to 13+ locations by 2028. As they scale, they are bringing their accounting in-house – and looking for a detail-oriented, Accounting Administrator to help them build a strong foundation.

What You’ll Do:- Accounting: Manage Quick Books for multiple locations, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Payroll Processing: Handle weekly payroll through ADP.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Maintain ledgers, reconcile transactions, and track expenses.
- Sales & Use Tax Filings: Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple locations.
- Business Growth Support: Help streamline financial processes as they expand.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ownership and assist with projects.
- Experienced in Accounting Administration: At least 2 years of experience handling financial records, preferably in a small business.
- Quick Books & Excel Pro: Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, generate reports, and organize financials.
- Payroll Savvy: Familiar with payroll processing.
- Independent & Self-Motivated: You take ownership of your work and don’t need micromanaging.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You love keeping numbers in order and ensuring accuracy.
- Personable & Flexible: Enjoy working with a small team but can also roll with changes and handle occasional administrative tasks.

Candidates must be based in the St. Louis area, as this role requires regular onsite work at their Chesterfield based office. While they offer the flexibility to work remotely, in-person collaboration is a key part of this position.
