We are seeking a self‑motivated, dependable, and organized individual for the Accounting Department.
Responsibilities- Input and process accounts payable invoices.
- Create and edit weekly payment schedules.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors.
- Maintain vendor records and review invoices for sales tax compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors and other departments to resolve purchase order and invoice issues.
- Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to multitask and work well with others.
