- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle donation in kind
- Handle lease transition AS 842
- Fixed assets disposal
- Prepare and post daily and monthly journal entries
- Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing
- Assist monthly account reconciliation
- Complete monthly bank reconciliation
- Ensure accounting practices comply with company policies and accounting standards
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Prepare supporting documents for tax filings
- Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis and projects
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
- Associate degree or above in Accounting or a related field
- Major:
Accounting
Fluency in both English and Chinese
