AR/AP Specialist

St. Louis Area | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

Accounts Receivable

• Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and account balances
• Assist with account reconciliation and payment tracking

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Prepare weekly payment processing, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally
• Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
