Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant

Boonville, MO (Hybrid) | Full-Time

Agri Spray Drones (ASD) is North America’s leader in agricultural spray drone technology. Based in Boonville, MO, we are scaling rapidly into manufacturing and building a team to support our next phase of growth.

We’re hiring a hands‑on, high‑performing accounting professional to own core accounting operations and deliver accurate, timely financials in a growing environment. This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, improves processes, and operates with precision and urgency.

• Own the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
• Lead monthly close and prepare financial statements
• Maintain cash flow visibility and support forecasting
• Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance
• Analyze results vs. budget and provide insights
• Identify and implement process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
• Proven ability to manage accounting independently
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Preferred: CPA (or pursuing), inventory/COGS experience, background in manufacturing or distribution

• $95,000 salary
• 20 days PTO + full benefits (medical, dental, life, AD&D)
