Staff Accountant- Career

I'm partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to identify a Staff Accountant who wants more than a narrow accounting role.

You’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including:

• Prepaids and journal entries
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Lease accounting
• Vendor setup and ERP maintenance
• Fixed assets and depreciation
• Royalty accounting
• Budget support and forecasting
• Month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Audit support and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Approximately 0‑5 years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing or corporate accounting experience is a plus
• ERP experience preferred
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Someone who enjoys learning, taking ownership, and growing within an accounting organization

• $75,000‑$95,000 base salary plus bonus
