Location: California

Role Overview

Transaction Administrator supporting US markets, fostering relationships with key partners, providing financial clerical support, and handling accounts payable and other assigned accounting duties. This hybrid role is based in Rosemont, IL.

Responsibilities
  • Process all deal‑related information submitted by brokers using the Deal Tracking System.
  • Ensure compliance with company revenue/cash processing policies.
  • Obtain and review deal documentation to ensure SOX compliance for revenue recognition.
  • Manage accounts receivables, including re‑invoicing, coordination with local brokerages, and adjustments.
  • Ensure that all deal files are in line with corporate and auditor’s guidelines.
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years in an administrative or transactional role.
  • Experience with data entry for invoicing or deposits.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry and/or a sales environment is desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to form professional, supportive relationships, with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong detail orientation, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to function efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel) and Adobe PDF.
  • Background in accounting is not required but would be valued.
Compensation

Hourly wage: $23.00/hr to $26.44/hr compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
