This position will assist in managing vendor relationships, ensure accurate financial records, and support day-to-day operations.

Reports to:

Director, Controller

• Review and enter high volume invoices into the FMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review proof of delivery documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
• Respond to vendor inquiries timely.
• Prepare and process daily check runs and ACH payments in the EAP system.

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics transportation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Net Suite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience in a billing or financial analysis role.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department goals.
