Accounting Coordinator, Finance

Job Summary

Accounting Coordinator – 100% Remote within California;
Must reside in California.

• Provider data management and data analysis.
• Time management, inputting and processing invoices in Workday.
• Month‑end and year‑end tasks including 1099 preparation and audit duties.
• Research vendor/supplier cards in Workday.
• Work with large Excel data files.
• Assist Staff Accountant with payfiles, payment processing, and bank reviews.
• Balance and reconcile accounts payable disbursements each month and post to the general ledger.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to work accurately with numerical detail.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $25.96 - $27.00. Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
