iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Finance team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team located at our office in Chesterfield, MO
. Our ideal candidate for a Finance Manager is someone who has 5+ years of experience and will combine strong accounting and finance expertise with a practical understanding of construction operations, project accounting, job cost management, risk mitigation, and an ability to communicate those with an impactful narrative.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the subsidiary/division.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Partner with project managers and operations teams to monitor project financial performance.
• Review job cost reports, earned revenue, WIP schedules, change orders, and project forecasts.
• Support risk identification and mitigation related to contracts, billing, collections, and project execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to subsidiary/division leadership on financial and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, audit requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support regulatory reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably within construction, engineering, EPC, or project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience partnering with operations and project management teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience with large‑scale infrastructure, industrial, or heavy civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of percentage‑of‑completion accounting and project controls.
• Experience managing subsidiary/division financial operations.
• Experience with Vista Viewpoint.

• Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000
