Primary Responsibilities- Perform account reconciliations and maintain the accuracy and integrity of assigned general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
- Process accounting transactions and support daily, monthly, and year-end financial reporting activities.
- Assist with budgeting, month-end close, audits, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and organizational accounting policies while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve accounting issues and improve operational processes.
- Support departmental initiatives, provide backup for team members, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a credit union or financial institution
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting preferred
- Salary Range: $48,346.93 - $60,433.67
- This position is full time and will be eligible for benefits, and an annual incentive plan. We have excellent opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
