Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.

• Oversee accounts payable operations and ensure invoices are processed accurately and within established timelines.
• Review transactions and supporting documentation to maintain compliance with internal procedures and controls.
• Coordinate payment activities including invoice matching exception resolution and transaction verification.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to support reconciliations reporting and period end activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation system enhancements and workflow optimization.

• 2+ years of leadership experience within accounts payable functions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of invoice processing matching procedures and payment workflows.
• Possess experience working with enterprise accounting systems in a high volume environment.
• Use Excel effectively to analyze data, prepare reports and support daily operations.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced business setting.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail across all financial activities.
• Support automated processes and technology driven improvements that increase efficiency.
• Bring experience within manufacturing construction or related operational environments considered beneficial.
• Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and a collaborative approach to supporting departmental goals.
