Location: Dearborn
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely employee compensation by managing payroll functions
- Calculate paychecks, withholding taxes, and maintain payroll records
- Address employee inquiries and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Process and validate time and pay across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with HR, external service providers, Labor Affairs, and finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
- 2+ years of experience processing and/or calculating payroll in multi-state environments.
- Familiar with payroll software and/or systems is a must, including Oracle Cloud or a similar payroll system.
- Familiar with timekeeping software and/or systems is highly desirable.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) desirable.
