Blackstone Investment Group, Inc. is a multiple entity organization. Posted salary is DOE. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multi-task and provide a high level of customer service for both internal and external partners.
Current Duties Accounts Payable- Matching of PO’s, receivers and invoices
- Compare costs on PO’s and receivers
- Input invoices into accounting systems for payment
- Make payments of invoices via check, wire, or credit card
- Match payment documentation with invoices
- Code payments by credit card in online banking system
- Input orders into the computer system
- Process invoices
- Process credit card payments
- Apply payments in accounting system
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Filing, faxing and scan emailing of documents
- Prepare various accounting reports
- And other general office duties as assigned
- General office experience
- AP experience required/AR experience helpful
- Must be able to complete basic accounting tasks
