Federal Tax Services Associate; Fall​/Winter

RSM is a leading professional services provider for the middle market globally. The role focuses on delivering tax services for a variety of clients across multiple industries.

• Work on a team that focuses on a wide range of tax specialty areas, including income taxes, corporate taxation, federal credits and incentives, individual taxation, mergers & acquisitions, pass‑through entity taxation, private client services, and not‑for‑profit organizations.
• Perform tax planning and research for clients.
• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Understand and apply tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university, with a major in accounting.
• Travel to assigned client locations is required; must have reliable transportation arrangements.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

• Working toward successful completion of the CPA exam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively on a team.

Compensation Range: $61,600 - $73,500.
