Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented addition to our finance team. This position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with Sales Managers and Sales staff, providing valuable cross-functional exposure across the organization. This role will have a specific emphasis in supporting an Accounts Receivable initiative to collect past due balances from customers.

Responsibilities

+ Support the Accounts Receivable initiative to collect past due balances from customers.

+ Collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales staff to provide financial insights.

+ Assist in general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.

+ Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance financial operations.

+ Utilize strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative in-office environment

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Business is strongly preferred.

+

Experience with Net Suite is strongly preferred.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment

Fun work environment. The role requires working Monday to Friday in the office. Enjoy happy hours and sports games on the TVs during work hours. It's a light, fun place to work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ballwin, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
