Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.
Duties- Assist with general accounting tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Utilize financial software to process business transactions
- Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts
- Provide clerical support to the accounting department
- Proficiency in Quick Books and other financial software
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation
- Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently
- Strong technical accounting skills
