Bookkeeper Payroll Specialist

Job Description

We are offering a temp to perm employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper with Sage experience in West Hollywood, California. As a Bookkeeper, you will focus on various tasks related to bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and payroll processing. This role will also involve performing bank reconciliations and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary
• Manage bookkeeping tasks and ensure all records are up-to-date
• Handle payroll operations and ensure all processes are completed in a timely manner
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
• Utilize financial software such as Sage 50 and Quick Books for various accounting tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting
• Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure all financial data is accurately reported.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations
• Strong Bookkeeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of Payroll systems and processes
• Proficiency in Quick Books
• Experience with Sage 50 software
