Wilson-McShane Corporation is seeking a Staff Accountant to ensure bookkeeping accuracy and timely financial reporting for the funds we administer. This role offers exposure to multiple accounting functions and requires strong attention to detail and time management.
Typical duties include preparing general ledgers, monthly bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, monitoring balances, and supporting year-end audit prep. The schedule is 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.
