Accounting Assistant

Job Description

Accounting Assistant - $30 - $35/hr

Cypress, CA

We are looking for a skilled accounting assistant with great personality for a growing company in Cypress.

Role and Responsibility:

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Prepare and issue invoices and payment reminders
• Enter financial data into accounting systems accurately
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support payroll processing and expense tracking
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting principles
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing or payments

Qualifications:

• 3-5years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books
  and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in accounting related is highly preferred!
