Staff Accountant

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you'll develop your accounting skills, work closely with team members across the business, and make a meaningful contribution to our success.

• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with monthly and year-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy and proper coding for invoices and expense reimbursements
• Prepare and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing
• Work closely with the Finance & Administrative Manager to support accounting operations, special projects, and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting, finance or related role
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Quick Books Online preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally within the organization
