Accounts Payable Specialist

, you may work behind the scenes, but the work you do helps ensure our caregivers have the resources and support they need to focus on what matters most—our kids and their families.
- Process and code vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Manage weekly check runs, patient refunds, and payment files.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with annual 1099 reporting.
- Reconcile corporate credit cards and enter transactions in Great Plains.
- Help improve and streamline AP processes.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience.
- Stable career history
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management and 1099 reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to solve problems.
- Upbeat, outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
