Litigation Support Assistant

The Litigation Support Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the Director of Litigation and the Litigation Support Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate end‑user proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as the ability to consistently and accurately complete the following tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality:
Primary Responsibilities- Document incoming threats, suits, and complaints on the departmental tracker and shared calendar
- Request underlying media internally and externally, as directed
- Demonstrate user proficiency with Microsoft Access to create and update database records with consumer and complaint information
- Maintain and update the vendor audit calendar to reflect audit cycles and evidentiary document requests, e.g., COI, SOC, PCI, and similar documents with annual dates of expiration
- Receive and process update requests to/from clients, as needed
- Request reports from internal departments to complete quarterly licensing reports and complete in‑state portals
- Document license renewals and provide the requested deliverables, including signatures from executives as required
- Distribute updated license renewal documents for physical and digital license frames
- Complete license requests for client audits
- Assist with the processing of Attorney General complaints and other regulatory matters
- Draft responses to regulatory complaints for review
- Assist with document production for internal and external audit requests
- Review audit documentation in conjunction with ad hoc and annual vendor audits
- Update legal fee and expense tracker in Excel
- Update internal databases with consumer demographic information
- Pull and refine custom reports using Excel and/or Access
- Previous third‑party collection experience preferred, including knowledge of the FDCPA
- Demonstrated user‑proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Demonstrated user‑proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, including advanced editing tools
- This position requires the candidate to operate within strict confidentiality guidelines, internally and externally

Job Type: Full‑time, in‑office position
Salary: $42, annually
