The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has officially announced the LIC AAO Specialist Recruitment 2025 with 410 vacancies for the posts of Assistant Administrative Officer (Specialist). The recruitment is open for the following specialised disciplines:
Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Actuarial, Insurance Specialist, and Legal.

- CA / CS / Actuarial:
Bachelor’s degree + final exam passed and member status of ICAI/ICSI/Actuarial Board. - Insurance Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree + fellowship of Insurance Institute of India (Life) + minimum 5 years’ experience in life insurance. - Legal:
Bachelor’s degree in Law with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) + minimum 2 years’ experience as Advocate / Law Officer.
- 21 to 30 years for most posts.
- 32 years for the Legal post (if applicable).
Selected candidates will receive an approximate salary of ₹1,26,000 per month in the 'A' class category, paid in the respective city of posting.

- All other candidates: ₹700/- (inclusive of GST and transaction charges).
- Recent passport‑size photograph.
- Scanned copy of signature.
- Proof of date of birth (10th certificate/valid ).
- Qualification certificates (CA/CS/Actuarial/Law/Insurance Fellowship).
- Experience certificate (if applicable).
- Caste/Category certificate (if applicable).
- EWS certificate (if applicable).
- Valid photo (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Voter ).
- Preliminary Exam: 3rd October 2025.
- Main Examination: 8th November 2025.
- Interview and Medical Examination follow thereafter.
