Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage financial records. This role is vital to ensuring smooth administrative functions, effective communication, and accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in office management and bookkeeping. Prior experience with construction manufacturing and vendor relations is a plus.
Duties- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for the team
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Manage payroll processing and human resources functions such as employee records and benefits administration. Experience with ADP platform preferred.
- Coordinate vendor management activities, including procurement and contract negotiations
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
- Maintain filing systems, ensure document accuracy, and perform clerical tasks such as data entry and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety standards and project sites
- Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Quick Books and familiarity with ADP payroll processing software
- Experience with, vendor management, and human resources functions
- Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and client interactions
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and calendar management.

Pay$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
