Responsibilities
  • Provide log-in support and assistance related to the background check case management system.
  • Research, analyze and problem solve system flaws and defects to determine solutions.
  • Work with vendor on system updates, development, and technical challenges arising with the case management system.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of CCLD licensing laws, regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with the background check case management system and Licensing Information System (LIS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common office software.
  • Motivated, professional, friendly, and collaborative disposition.
Minimum Requirements
  • ANALYST II – Salary range $6,031.00 - $7,547.00;
    New to State candidates hired into minimum salary or alternate range.
  • ANALYST I – Salary range $3,861.00 - $4,839.00;
    Alternate ranges: $4,181.00 - $5,233.00 (A), $5,014.00 - $6,276.00 (B), $5,014.00 - $6,276.00 (C).
Working Conditions

The Care Provider Management Branch exercises a hybrid work schedule. The office is in Rancho Cordova with free on‑site parking. Many restaurants are within one mile of the office. The position is eligible for hybrid work under Governor’s Executive Order N-22‑25. Telework schedules may change and require in‑office reporting for operational activities. The incumbent must reside in California.
